Username Investment Limited, is encouraging Kenyan youth to safeguard their future by investing in property.
As part of the real estate company’s growth strategy, the company is keen to tap into the youth market by offering products at affordable prices.
According to Username Investments Chief Executive Reuben Kimani, the company is committed to provide strategic, quality and affordable products and services that create value for all investments.
“We are aware of the challenges that still remain, such as access to finance by many potential homeowners, especially low-income groups. One of our aspirations is to ensure that over the next five years, we settle as many youth as possible into home ownership,” said Kimani.
The company issued 700 Title Deeds to new land owners in its second issuance ceremony this year.
Kimani further encouraged Kenyans to purchase land through reputable property ownership companies.
He added that the company is committed to providing value-added land, which includes amenities such as borehole, perimeter fence and internal access roads.
“By creating secure access to land, Username Investment is playing its role towards Vison 2030’s goals to ensure affordable housing for all Kenyans by 2030,” said Kimani.
