Why Kitengela is the perfect place to settle


Over the past couple of years, Kitengela area has grown from a plain inhabited by the Maasai, to a cosmopolitan area attracting property investors and land buyers.

From what used to be a hub for pastoralists, with cows grazing all over, Kitengela now plays host to luxury hotels, malls, internationals schools and over 5 fuelling stations among other notable developments.

In addition to the banks, the area is expected to attract more investors due to the ongoing Konza Technocity that is only 60 minutes away in Makueni.

With a number of tourist attractions like the Kitengela Game Conservation area, and the Nairobi National park within its vicinity, the area has attracted a number of luxury hotels such as Rolf’s Place and Leleshwa inn. Others are Gray Oak Hotel and Masai Guest House.

According to Jumia Travel, Kitengela is home to atleast 18 hotels.
