Safaricom Signs deal with Flytxt to Better Customer Experience

Safaricom, East Africa’s largest telecommunications company is determined to remain a market leader in every aspect. The company recently partnered with Flytxt in a bid to enhance its Customer Value Management (CVM) solutions.

With Flytxt’s superior analytics powered solutions, Safaricom will be able to improve customer experience through personalized and contextually relevant client-engagement throughout their lifecycles.
