Why Coca-Cola’s “Billion Reason to Believe in Africa Campaign” is key for African unity

Multinational soft drink company Coca-Cola has taken its Billion Reasons to Believe in Africa campaign a notch higher by spearheading the CoKe studio programme to the third season.

The campaign, which started in 2012, has so far spread to tens of African countries collecting positive stories and providing a platform to showcase Africa’s uniqueness.

On the other hand, CoKe studio which is part of the campaign is expected to host 26 artists from 5 countries who are expected to produce 52 songs.

The artists include Ali-kiba from Tanzania, Ben pol fid among others. Zwai Balla will be the events music director The campaign aimed at bringing togetherness and inclusivity has so far spread to tens of countries in Africa through football matches sponsored by Coca-Cola, successful music collabo through coke studio among other social roles.

Due to this 4 languages will be used to support the aspect of togetherness and unity.

Social media posts have so far shown great support for the campaign as these examples show.
